301 - Behaviour of Concern

Behaviour of Concern

Description

In several work settings, the behaviour of others can concern staff for a variety of reasons – potential for assault, self-injurious behaviour, repeated abusive remarks, and sexualised behaviour. This program enables problem-solving within the staff cohort to plan effective, consistent team responses to such events. Supporting the team post-incident is key to recovery and the improvement of action
plans for behaviours of concern within the organisation.
