101 - AHA/IHF Hands for Life

The Hands for Life CPR/AED Course teaches the lifesaving skills of adult Hands-Only CPR, child CPR with ventilations, adult and child AED use, and mild and severe airway block for adults and children. Learners also get to see first-hand what a call to the emergency services sounds like, emphasising key points such as knowing your eircode. Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment using the American Heart Association’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible. Hands for Life CPR/AED is for people who want to learn how to help in an emergency situation in any circumstances at work or at home.
